Return & Refund

We do not like charging a restocking fee for the returned item/items. Any placed order becomes obligated to begin fulfillment. This obligation creates substantial expenses that include palletizing, wrapping, labelling the order, preparing a bill of lading, contacting the carrier for shipping to our facility for the non-stock equipment and make them ready for pick up or ship to the customer. When an item returns, the above steps must now reprocess.  

To avoid the restocking fees, we suggest reviewing the provided product specification and installation manual and consulting with a certified installer to choose the right type and size of equipment. Also, we will be happy to assist customers with any technical or application questions.   We accept the returns as long as they meet the following criteria:   

  • The equipment must be in the like-new condition, meaning the original sealed and in the non-damaged boxes in the same condition as when received. 
  • No return is accepted for installed item/items.
  • No return is accepted for the special order item/items. The special; order considers an item not usually available in manufacture or supplier stock and will make or supply base on customer request.
  • Customer agrees to abide by reasonable and customary packaging and safeguards to ensure that the item/items can transfer by the returning carrier safely and must securely pack as same as the way they originally received them.
  • Return item/items should securely strap to the shipping pallet, where required.
  • The original box/boxes must be tape with clear tape (No coloured tape is accepted). 
  • All manufacturer documentation must include (Specification sheets, installation manuals and warranty information).
  • Do not affix shipping labels directly to the box or package of any item/items being return. Instead, wrap the original shipping package in plastic or paper and then affix the shipping labels to this wrapping so that removal of any wrapping or packaging required to complete a return does not in any way scar or mark the original box or package.
  • If damage occurs in transit from the customer location to our facility, we will note it on the delivery receipt and provide a copy of such to the customer. In this case, any refund due to the customer will reduce by an amount determined by us. This determination shall base on the estimate of the repair cost or the actual salvage value. The salvage value may be reduced to zero, depending on the actual condition that exists at the time received by us. 
  • Return insured freight is the responsibility of the customer.
  • The customer must return the item/items within 15 days.
  • The customer will pay a 10% restocking fee for stocked items and 30% for non-stock items.
  • The shipping and handling cost and shipping insurance fee will not refund if the ordered item/items have shipped to the customer (Not apply to a local pick up).
  • Any arrangement required to complete the return must facilitate by the customer.
  • Shipping and handling costs and insurance fees must pay by the customer.   

The value of all items returned to our facility is considered conditional until inspection.  We inspect the returned item/items and determine if the customer has completed all of the return requirements as stated above.  

A credit will be issued to the customer in the same manner as received within seven business days less than pertinent restocking fees, shipping and handling cost, shipping insurance and other fees as may be determined by the condition of the returned item/items.
