Shipping & Pickup

 

Shipping:

We use nationally known common carriers. Shipping companies are vary based on the customer location. These are freight companies that ship via truck. The ordered equipment carefully strap to a shipping pallet, wrapped and labelled for special handling to ship to the residential, business addresses or carrier terminal. To ensures the safe arrival and handling of the orders. Also, we use UPS, FedEx, DHL and Canada post for ground or air freight of smaller and lighter orders.  

For convenience, the following shipping methods are available:

  • Door delivery
  • Pickup at the carrier terminal 

Door delivery:

The delivery trucks are large and heavy and cannot drive on residential driveways. A lift gate truck can be requested for an additional charge if required for unloading.

The customer is responsible for moving it to the final location once the package offloads from the truck. The information about the size and weight of equipment is available on the product specification.

Ask for shipping cost plus the tailgate service for those orders consider to be shipped and delivered to the residential or business without dock load or other unload facility.  

We provide the tracking information for the order once it ships. The customer should contact the terminal to make the arrangements for the door delivery ahead of time.   

Pickup at the carrier terminal:

Pickup at the carrier terminal is available for customers who have a proper vehicle, such as a pickup truck or a Van.

Ask us for the carrier terminal location by providing the postal or zip code.  

Shipping insurance:

Insurance is an option for shipping and does not include in the shipping quote. For shipping insurance, add 3% of the order amount plus applicable tax to the shipping quote.

We do our best to pack all orders in a good secure condition. After the package leaves our shipping dock, it will officially become the customer property with all obligations attached.  We shall not be responsible for any damage incurred once the package leaves our facility for orders without insurance coverage.

Order with purchased insurance coverage protected in the case of severe damage noted at delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier for the value of the damage or replace the damaged item.  Having proper shipping insurance is highly recommended for peace of mind.   

Shipping time frame:

The stock items will ship within 3 and 4 business days after receiving the order and payment. None stock items will require more time to arrive in our warehouse and be ready for the ship to the customer.  For convenience, we will provide with estimated shipping time for non-stock items before placing the order.  

Shipping notice:

Once an order is shipped, we will provide detailed information includes the tracking number, the carrier name and phone number, size and list of shipped items. Also, we provide the pickup address for those who asked for pickup at the carrier terminal.  

Inspection:

The customer must complete all of the following at the time of receiving the shipment: 

  • Count all items against the provided packing list to ensure all items are present. 
  • Remove shipping containers and carefully inspect for concealed damage.
  • Compare the item model numbers against the order to ensure the proper items were delivered. Mistakes need to report promptly, so we can arrange to replace the wrong item. 
  • Sign and retain a copy of the delivery receipt. The customer must carefully inspect the shipment at the time of delivery with the driver present. The carriers will not accept damage or shortage claims without a notation on the delivery receipt.  

If received the item with evident damage, immediately inspect it to determine if it is cosmetic or severe enough to affect the system performance.  If the damage is only cosmetic in nature, the customer may accept the delivery. We will provide an estimate to repair the damage only for the insured shipment.   If the damage is severe, refuse the damaged portion. We will ship a replacement at no charge only for the insured shipment. 

For insured shipment, any damage claims must submit in writing to us within three calendar days from the delivery date to be considered for reimbursement. Claims initiated after three days will not be considered or assisted by us.

There is no damage coverage for uninsured orders either by us and the carrier.  

Remember that when the order arrives, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items did not damage during the shipping. Please inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property.  

Pickup:

You are welcome to pick up the order at our warehouse in Concord, ON L4K 4Z9. Please note that the operation time of our warehouse for pickup is between 10 AM and 3 PM Monday to Friday with arrangement and appointment. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday and all other official holidays.  

Pickup time frame:

The stock items will be ready to pick up immediately after order and payment. Non-stock items will require more time to arrive in our warehouse. For convenience, we will provide with estimated availability time for non-stock items before placing the order.
